Comsat Architects

Comsat Architects is a Cleveland-based aerospace company that provides innovative solutions in space communications, advanced software, and space systems. I collaborated with them to develop a refreshed version of their website that was clean, modern, and evocative of the New Space Economy they aspire to be a part of.

A Call for Dynamism

Comsat Architects wanted a homepage that engaged visitors and included dynamic visuals. To help achieve this, I created a 3D animation for one of their cubeSAT designs to include in the carousel on the homepage.

Spaced Out Design

Drawing inspiration from NASA, I took a “no-nonsense” approach to the design language for Comsat’s website. By using a predominantly monochromatic color palette and simple block structure, I developed a website that placed emphasis on the various accomplishments Comsat Architects has achieved over the years, and where they aspired to be in the future.
